We like to maintain regular contact with all of our clients and we would like to do this with a visit from one of our Community Advice Officers but the demand on our services is at a level that makes this impractical. Therefore we have a team of volunteers who contact our clients by phone every six to twelve months. Volunteers make a courtesy call to check that the client is well and establish if they require any further support. If appropriate they will then organise for one of our Community Advice Officers to contact you. |
