We work with the Venture Matrix department on setting real-life projects for students on a variety of courses. We have worked on projects with Interior Design Student, Film and Media Production, Business Management, Graphic Design, Social Media, Games, Performance for Stage and Screen and Sport, Culture and Society students so far. Our clients get a lot out of this relationship, they enjoy meeting the students, hearing about their course and being listened to whilst students are doing their research. Our aim is to raise awareness of visual impairment with young people and we hope that when they go into their chosen careers, they will remember their experiences with our charity.

For over 8 years, we have partnered with Sheffield Hallam University on Work Placements for Social Work Students for up to 6 months and Occupational Therapy Students for up to 3 months. You can read about what students get out of their experience on our Feedback Page.
