My name is Carolyn and I originally started working at SRSB as a Community Advice Officer back in 2005, with a particular interest in welfare benefits. I have recently returned to SRSB/RSS after four years with Derbyshire County Council’s Welfare Rights Service where I have been able to build upon my knowledge base, and I intend to put that to full use! My role is quite diverse and no two days are the same, and I feel very lucky and privileged to be back working for this great local organisation. 

I love the great outdoors, particularly the Peak District and Scotland, and I am passionate about animals, so the more Guide Dogs that we have visiting the Centre the better!
