Diabetes UK have asked us to let our cleints know about this event in Sheffield: Diabetes and Sight Thurs, 20 Apr 2023. 7pm to 9pm 11 Norfolk Row and online 11 Norfolk Row Sheffield City Centre S1 2PA   They're holding a meeting with Mr Chris Brand (award winning Ophthalmology Consultant) to learn more about the risks diabetes presents to our eyes, ways to reduce the risks and coping with challenges. Our staff member Matt will also be attending.

They're also trying to find out more about how people are helped to manage their diabetes with sight loss, and also how people with sight loss are supported upon diagnosis and afterwards.

People attending in person can just turn up at 11 Norfolk Row, S1 2PA... the big grey wooden door situated between St Marie's Cathedral entrance and a cashpoint, where they'll be welcomed and can get a drink (and maybe raffle tickets!).
