“Hi, I’m Charley, receptionist at SRSB in Sheffield. I’ve been working at SRSB/RSS since Sept 2021 and what a pleasure it is. My role is working on reception, answering calls and referring people to relevant staff and/or information. I also take bookings for our day trips and activities that we hold internally and externally, I support other staff with various projects such as mailouts and admin as well as taking referrals from new clients as appropriate.
