The IBSA World Games will be held in venues across Birmingham from 18th to 27th August 2023. The World Games is the largest sporting opportunity for VI athletes, outside the Paralympics. Over 1,700 blind and partially sighted athletes will travel from across the world to compete in 10 sports ranging from powerlifting, chess, showdown and archery. Football, goalball and judo events will also serve as qualifying tournaments for the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris.
