My name’s Amanda, I’m the Manager at Cairn Home. I joined Cairn in 2009 as a Care Assistant then became a Senior then Assistant Manager. In Mar 2021 I was lucky enough to get the Manager’s position. I love my new role as Manager and get to work even more closely with the team at SRSB, so this has been a bonus for me. 

We’re a small home of 29 beds and this makes it special for the residents and the staff team. We’re one big happy family. The staff at Cairn are amazing people; they’re hardworking and dedicated to giving our residents outstanding care and support.
