Carers Week is from 6th to 12th June and is an annual campaign to raise awareness of caring, highlight the challenges unpaid carers face, and recognise the contribution that they make to families and communities throughout the UK.
It provides an opportunity to help those Carers who don't think of themselves as having caring responsibilities to access much-needed support, and highlights the services and support that is available to Carers from statutory, voluntary, and community organisations and groups in Rotherham.

We will be attending an event tomorrow as part of Carers Week which Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council has organised in partnership with Crossroads Care Rotherham. The event is Tuesday 7th June 2022, from 10 am to 3 pm, in front of Crossroads Care Rotherham The Corner (Old Visitor Centre) All Saints Square: https://crossroadsrotherham.co.uk/the-corner/
