Every Monday via Zoom. 10:30am to 11:30am
We're running a weekly online aerobics group to help us all keep fit at home. Instructor Grainne is a fully qualified aerobics instructor and also teaches Zumba and Pilates. She has lots of experience of working with clients of all ages and is planning a fun hour of movement and music for us which will be suitable for beginners. There is a small cost per session and you will need internet access (phone, tablet or laptop) to join.

Sessions will run on Zoom and are available for our SRSB and RSS clients.
The cost is £3 per session (Card payments taken over the phone – please call us if this is not convenient and we will arrange an alternative method of payment)
