We have been asked to pass on information about this survey to our vision impaired clients by Department for Work and Pensions

They have said: Please be assured that all information you provide is treated with the strictest confidence in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations, and your responses go to a central inbox.
The Pilot is currently operating within South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, Cumbria and Lancashire, Cheshire, Greater Manchester and Merseyside. Therefore, at present we can only accept participation from individuals based in these locations pending the further success of the Project.
Therefore, we would be grateful if you could rate your experiences within the last year. In some cases, the questions are multiple choice. Whilst you can select one of the options which best suits your experience, a free text area will follow for you to enter any other thoughts if you wish. Please also be aware that – whilst we welcome feedback on how DWP can continuously improve – it is also good to hear when services have gone well.
Here is a link to the online survey: Submit Online – Technical note: due to budgetary constraints, most questions had to be merged so please enter written and multiple-choice answers in the same textbox.
The survey is available until Sunday 19th Nov
