Carol works on our Reception Desk at SRSB in Sheffield. She is the first point of contact for visitors and telephone calls to the centre.
She has been in this role for just over 10 years, so you can imagine the fountain of knowledge that she is! She has to direct people effieciently to the correct department depending on the nature of their visit or call.

Carol has always been very caring about our clients and in fact began as a Befriending Volunteer for a client before becoming a member of staff.
