An inspirational presentation about the new musical
Thursday 30th January. 11am. SRSB Mappin Street Centre.
Discover the astonishing forgotten story of one of our nation’s most inspiring blind icons. No Horizon is a fascinating new musical, inspired by the astonishing true story of Nicholas Saunderson. As part of an awareness-raising tour, the show’s writer, its visually impaired lead actor (Adam Martyn) and designer are visiting SRSB on January 30th at 11am to share this most remarkable story.

The presentation will include powerful, emotive songs from the show, insights from the designer about how the visually impaired experience has been at the forefront of her thinking and input from Adam about his experience as an actor with restricted sight.
No Horizon is uplifting, inspiring and truly astounding. Now cruelly forgotten by history, Saunderson sought to make the impossible possible. It is 1682. No eyes. No braille. No hope.
Featuring emotive and stunning music, this epic story seeks to re-establish Saunderson in his rightful place as a national icon.
