Located in the Crosspool area of Sheffield, Cairn Home provides high quality residential care for up to 29 permanent residents and also has one room dedicated to respite care. The home is managed by Amanda Dennett with support from 2 Assistant Managers, providing management cover 7 days per week. All the staff undergo comprehensive training, including visual impairment awareness training and provide a very high level of care, creating a homely atmosphere for the residents.

The home is fitted out to a very high standard and we are proud of the inspection reports from the Care Quality Commission. These reports are available for reading at Cairn Home or the Care Quality Commission website. Anyone wishing to look around Cairn Home is welcome to call in at any time but it is advisable to telephone (0114 266 1536) in advance to ensure that a member of staff will be available to give a tour of the facilities.

In addition to residential care and accomodation residents benefit from activities such as entertainment, keep fit classes, massage therapy, Christmas lunch outings, Christmas gifts and outings/holidays, all of which are appreciated by the residents and help to keep both their minds and their bodies active.
