Fundraising Collection Volunteer

Introduction to the Role

Volunteers required to take part in store collections at varying locations. We occasionally benefit from footbal  match collections (free tickets to see the match are sometimes made available for volunteers).

Collections are important to our charity, not only because of the funds raised, but because they help raise awareness of our services and sight and/or hearing loss.

Skills required:

We ask that you are friendly, reliable and confident with a positive approach. Being flexible and willing to get involved is essential. You should be able to make your own travel arrangements to/from the location.

Time Involved:

People work in pairs at 2 hour sessions for each collection. You can choose a store location to suit you.

Where the role is based:

At various locations in Sheffield and Rotherham.

You can read what our volunteers get out of different roles on our Volunteer Testimonials page.

You can email us here about this role: volunteers@srsb.org.uk

Thank you for your interest in supporting our charity.
