Introduction to the Role
The aim of this role is to be the first contact at the main entrance for our clients and visitors to our Centre as a “Meeter and Greeter”. You will direct visitors to the appropriate room, guiding them if necessary, or providing immediate information to them.
You will also assist our receptionist, which will include covering the reception desk during lunch time and breaks.
You will be supervised by the receptionist.
Where the role is based:
At our Mappin Street Centre.
Usually 10.30am until 2.30pm, Monday to Friday
This role is suitable for people with a friendly confident personality, and a calm nature who enjoys working in a busy environment. Telephone skills are not essential but are useful.
