Collection Tin Tele Contact Volunteer

Introduction to the Role

We have over 300 collection tins in businesses in the Sheffield City Region. We like to make a regular courtesy call to these businesses to check if the tins need collecting and replacing with a new one.

This role involves making phone calls, recording any changes to contact details, and making a note of boxes that require collecting and a new tin delivering.

You will be supervised by our Fundraising Team.

Where the role is based:

In the office at SRSB’s Mappin Street Centre.

Time Involved:

Flexible to suit the time that you have available, within our office hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

Skills required:

A friendly organised person with a flexible approach, who is able to take direction from staff and complete tasks. Computer and telephone skills are required as are good communication skills.
